Priced by AWS accounts, not by seat

A plan is a number of connected AWS accounts and a set of capabilities. Every plan runs all detectors and starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card to start.

Plans

Three tiers, differentiated by reach and capability.

What changes between plans is how many AWS accounts StaleSweep can reach and which capabilities — Organizations discovery, SSO, CUR ingestion — are switched on.

Annual plans are billed yearly and work out cheaper than twelve monthly payments. Both prices are shown above so you can compare them without switching a toggle.

These are the plan prices. Billing isn't switched on yet — every plan is free during launch, and we'll give notice before that changes.

Pricing FAQ

Before you pick a plan

What's included, what counts against the limits, and how billing works — including invoicing and PO terms on annual agreements.

Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Plans are priced on how many AWS accounts you connect and which capabilities you need. Bringing in the engineer who owns the account, the finance analyst reconciling the bill, or your security reviewer doesn't change what you pay.
Can I connect an entire AWS Organization?
Yes, on the Business plan and above. Organization mode uses CloudFormation StackSets to enroll member accounts and auto-discovers new ones, so you do not have to onboard each account by hand.
How accurate are the cost estimates?
Findings carry an estimated monthly cost from an internal price book. If you also enable cost insights, StaleSweep reads your AWS Cost and Usage Report directly from S3, so the figures become your actual billed amounts rather than estimates.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically without you choosing a plan. You keep access to your history when you subscribe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Before you confirm a change you are shown the exact prorated amount, so there are no surprise charges mid-cycle.
Do you offer SSO and SCIM?
Yes. SAML 2.0 single sign-on and SCIM 2.0 user provisioning are included on the Business plan. De-provisioning a user through your identity provider revokes their live sessions immediately.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes, on annual Business and Enterprise agreements. We can work with purchase orders and your procurement process — get in touch and we'll send the paperwork your finance team needs.
Do you offer an SLA?
Dedicated support and an SLA are part of the Business plan. Specific availability commitments for Enterprise agreements are set during contracting — we'd rather agree a number we can hold than publish one we can't.
